There will be an emergency maintenance for some Splunk Cloud Platform customers. This maintenance is in an effort to improve the overall service performance and reliability of the Splunk Cloud Platform environment. During this emergency maintenance window, a Search Head restart will be required. We understand the impact this may have on your operations and apologize for any inconvenience.

Expected customer impact: Search Heads will see service interruption that will not exceed 1 hour, which will result in the inability to login and/or perform searches.

Restart Time: Any time within 8/3/2023 22:00 UTC - 8/4/2023 15:00 UTC.
