There will be a maintenance scheduled for all Splunk Cloud Platform customers to support a change requirement from our cloud service provider. It aims to enhance the overall service performance and reliability of ACS (Admin Config Service). We understand the impact this may have on your operations and apologize for any inconvenience.
Estimated Outage Time: July 8th 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM (UTC) Expected customer impact: ACS will not be accessible during the upgrade for all Splunk Cloud Platform customers
The outage will impact all of ACS services, including those used in the UI. IP Allow List management and Limits.conf admin pages will be down during this time. The IP Allow List that is in place will continue to be enforced during the upgrade. All previous settings will continue to persist and will be editable again after the upgrade. There are no actions needed from Cloud Admins due to this outage.
